19 weeks pregnant with low hb and rbc
Hello Drs, I'm 19 weeks pregnant expecting my first baby. Recently did my blood reports and found hemoglobin 8.6, rbc count 3.04, HCT 25.6 Folic acid > 40, iron serum 219ug/dl and vitamin b12 931.9 Rest all reports are normal. Only as hb is low and iron is high, my Gynae has asked me to do a thailessmai test. My parents don't have thailessmai nor I have it. Please help me with diet and home remedies to increase rbc and reduce iron overload Thanks in advance
