Hi,  u can take purnarnava mandooram 2 tab twice daily,  Syp manoll 2 tsf twice daily.  Have pomogrenate,  dates, raisins, green leafy vegetables like spinach etc

Take iron product in your diet regularly. Take lohasav 30 ml twice daily after meal With equal. Water.
Next Steps
do  regular breakfast. your report shows that your ESR is also increased, this shows you may suffer form worm infestation or any other infection.

Take iron rich food like spinach, beetroot, pome granate, jaggery etc in your diet to improve your hb levels. Add vit c supplement like amla, citrus fruits n guava in diet. For further information consult me directly by taking a consultation on PRACTO share all details with me.
