I am 14 year old girl...i am in so  much strees...my immunity power is also very low...i am suffering from allergy..pls guide me...what should i do...i am eating so much fresh vegetables..and some fruit also ...i also have irregular potty..i always feel tired..pls guide me in the right way..to correct my immunity, my digestive system, my allergy.. I want to tell that..pls don't tell any medication because in lockdown i don't able to follow those things..give me some tips to resolve all this..i am also consuming amla one in a day

Having gastric issues for around 50 days after 2 days of having food outside,after that having very less appetite, having belching mostly after meals-sometimes more often;have a feeling of gas stuck till throat after meals often- not completely relieved even after belching more; all this leading to reduced meal portions;stool test-FOBT and culture negative; have been taking antacids and also Pantocid.. not much changes or relief so far.. Please suggest reasons, and way to identify the condition causing this, also looking for remedies and if any treatment available in Ayurveda. Thanks.
