I am having this hairfall issue from past 4 5 years, now the hair density and quality have reduced very less...no history of any disease.

Hello, I quit smoking for about 1.5 years now. I started chewing nicotine gum (6-7 per day) and it really helped me stay away from smoking. BUT now , I am addicted to these nicotine gums. I can’t skip a single day without chewing these nicotine gums. I am worried about this and I really want to STOP taking these gums. I tried many times but I failed. So I need your advice. Thanks.!

I have hairfall since 3 months my thyroid tsh is 6.1. My doc has prescribed me minoxidil 3% and adgain plus with X gain shampoo I m losing hair day by day I have painful scalp too I don't know what to do is there any ayurvedic medicine which can help me and stop my hair from further loss
