Hello doctor, Can brahmi ghritam be given for long term?Along with it can brahmi hair massage oil also be done?

When I fresh ones in the morning at 6 am . It's feels heaviness in the  back where you pass on stool and gas and gas formation also.when you eat something light  and  you again pass stool feel better and seems everything fine heaviness gas etc .I fed up taking medicine allopath ayurvedic etc consulting  Please suggest me unique medicine which can make my stomach clean in one shot so I feel fresh in the morning
