Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease and can be treated with Ayurvedic medicines, panchakarma, diet and lifestyle modifications.
Next Steps
You should take proper Ayurvedic consultation as the detox process will take place in the concerned clinic only. Apart from that you should follow proper meal plan.
Health Tips
Avoid tomatoes, imli, amchur, achar, dahi, lassi, jaggery and other sour foods as it aggravates pitta which in turn aggravates psoriasis. For more details feel free to contact me online or at clinic.
