Consult an ayurveda physician for Raktamokshan procedure. It will help you a lot. You should also start rakta shodhak ayurveda dravyas for better results. For symptomatic relief you should use stockings. Avoid standing for a long time.

The best remedy is raise ur footend while sleeping. Specific yoga exercise . Drink enough water. Indulge in sports activities,walking are good to keep fit. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts in everymeal. Eat millets for rice,wheat. Almonds,walnuts,figs,raisins,blackcurrants are good. Avoid oily,spicy,masala,nonveg,preserved foods,fastfoods.
