Arshkalpa vari is theoretically right for piles, but it may not work in each and every case of piles. You need to get evaluated by ayurvedic doctor to know if it is good for you.
Homeopathic medicine usually does not go with ayurvedic medicines. You should consult homeopathic doctor regarding same.
