I have gastric problem since long ago. When I take antacid it relief for a while. I have worried about too much gas formation.I releases gas atlest
10-15 time in day. By this cause I do not take spicy meal and dairy products from long time. Sometime after taking meal a white musuc and thik salaiva came out frequently from throat. I am taking Hingwastak churn twice a day after meal but not relief. So much gas passes worried me and I don't concentrate in any work for this cause. Please suggest and advice.

Please avoid uncooked vegetables or salads if you are taking in your diet. Add cow ‘s Desi ghee in your diet. Stop taking urad dal , white Chana , Kadi and besan in your diet . Take small meals at small intervals . If still problem persists then show to a doctor. Ayurveda has excellent results in these problems.
