I want to discuss three problems that I am facing since long time.
1. Gas and Acidity: Almost every 2-3 days in a week my stomach burns and sometimes I have to vomit in the midnight.
2. Left Shoulder pain: I work in an IT company and I have to work for 7-8 hrs daily. I have been feeling continuous pain in my left shoulder almost all the time making me discomfort.
3. Sex issue: I was having a habit of masturbation and I got recently married in November 2023. When I started making physical contact with my partner it was good. But now since two to three days i loose My erection while having sex and even I am not able to release my sperm so it's almost unsatisfying for both of us.
