Gas and Headache Stomach Pain
I have a question. Does gas direct towards the head and cause giddiness? I have a severe gas problem and digestive issues. When I eat food items like peanuts, millets, and arhad... I get dizziness spells. Also, I have joint pain sometimes. Is there any good remedies or diet changes in ayurvedic?

Yes! It’s a very much real issue. The food items that you have mentioned, are heavy in nature and should not be taken if you have stomach issues. Since you have inflammation in your stomach. For the joint pain, we are going to need more info. History onset ,duration etc of pain and some diagnostic tests are required.
Next Steps
There are a few things that can be done. - Panchkarma Detox atleast once (best option) - Major diet & lifestyle changes - Some herbal teas - Some internal medications are required - No self medication, it can further aggravate the issue.
Health Tips
Consultation is required, because the longer you delay it..harder it will become to treat.
