Eat more of cooked vegetales with less spice oil masala.
Plan ur meals with a proper gap.and the right quantity.
Breakfast by 8 am u can have steamed greengram 100 gm/ oats 100 gm wit vegetables,/ two dosa/ 3 idlis/100 gmvegetable upma .
Any seasonal fruit papaya,gauva,banana by 11 am,or dry fruits as 10 almonds/ five anjir/ 10 black raisins/ five walnuts/ five drydates.
Coffe /tea/ milk 100 ml
Lunch have 100 gm millets cooked with vegetables 100 gm,buttermilk,
Drink enough water.
Two/ three marei biscuit with juice / tea/ coffee.by 5 pm.
Dinner gruel with vegetables,rava,or ragi drink / one roti with vegetables and
buttermilk.
Drink enough water.Sleep liesurely for six hrs atleast at night.
Walk exercises yoga for an hour.
Avoid preserved food,bakeryfoods,fastfoods.
Take one tsp Avipathikara churnam along with luke warm water at bed time.
