How about fasciculations in the left nostril? I feel in stressful situations like I can't control it and sensation of the area like blocked... People watching me makes situation like worsening

I have not been able to have a good sound sleep for past 8 or 9 months due to many reasons like long working hours infront of computer screen and stress. I have been doing some exercises regularly but that did not help my sleep at all.I hardly sleep for 3 hours or less than that. Will MEDHA VATI help me in any way?Does it help me have a sound sleep?Does it work as a sleeping pill or a sedative? Does it  cause any irritation to my stomach?

I am a 23 year old breastfeeding mother suffering from anxiety and depression and sleeplessness. Can i take Himalaya mentat tablet while breastfeeding? Will it help me? Please suggest some medication for migraine as well. I tried shirsooladi vajra ras but no relief.

Iam.on clonezepam 0.5 for last 5.5 months.although it has helped.me to control my different symptoms there also some neurological symptoms + sideeffects of the medicine  due to which now I have been advised neurophcyhiayrists and this is going endless.although clonezepam is excellent for anxiety iam.not sure whether it would cure my problem .I visited ayurveda and they have prescribed brahmi and manasamitra vataka.on research I found that manasamitra vataka is almost as effect as clonezepam (klonopin) with no side effects.iam.not sure whether this is true but if it's how is it that I can stop and try manamutravatakam since withdrawal of clonezepam 0.5 is not going to be easy.please advise a plan by which I can try this and if not go back to allopathy back once again.does manasamitra vatakam really offer cure for anxiety neurosis  and how long can it be taken and how long does it take to work in my system .my brain mri and eeg is alright .
