I am suffering from piles , I am feeling pain and always seems  swelling in back and pain when I sit , is there remedies to get this of blood as there is some blood as well

Hi, 1) Every morning I have kessar, black raisins, aakroat (al 3 kept in hot water in previous night)  and mix with hot milk, 1 big tea spoon chyanprash , ensure (diebatic control health supplementary) and 3 drops of liquid Shilajit. Is it harmful to mix al and have it ??? My BP - 80/120... Pulse - 90. Triglycerides -163. I don't have any health problem and don't take any medicine.

I have IBS issue,I am taking allopathy and feeling better now. Earlier I have to go motion 4-5 times in a day,but after taking allopathy it seems controlled now.
