After passing stool I feel itching in back as it seems some stool get sticks in back which cause itching as  is there any remedy to get ridd off

Period is regular but sometimes i feel blood clot & spotting after completing 1.5 days of period one ayurvedic doctor prescribed me patarangsav syrup my question should I eat anar &haldi milk while taking the syrup

I have constipation n bloating and difficult urine problem. all test are normal like blood, ultrasound, urine culture, urine test, BP, suger level. Problem start in nov, dec in 2019 then i consult a doc then tak allopathy medicine 1 - 20 days i feel relief sometimes but not permanent then i take homeopathy 1 - 2 months but problem still not solve. Then lockdown start after 1 month lockdown one day pain start in stomach then i consult a ayurveda govt doc then i take 1 - 2/3 months ayurveda medicines but problem still not solve. Currently I'm taking homeopathy medicine with allopathy for temporary relief... I need permanent solution... Thank you
