I am suffering from hyper acidity from last 2 days. And stomach pain is unbearable. Also stomach pain is increase when i eat or drink water. What should i do or what things i need to take care ?

Hello madam, stomach pain may be due to painkillers you taking for joint pain..It may causing ulcers or gastric upset...Take Syp Amlapitta mishran (dhootpapeshwar) 2 tsp thrice a day...Avoid pickles, salted and sour food, curd, oily food items, take proper treatment for joint pain. It severe acidity and may be some sign of ulcer too, first stop taking any spicy food, take mulethi water before eating anything, and tablet sootshekar rasa 2 tab twice a day, also can use any over the counter antacid tablet or qurs alkali tablet before meal. Simple cold milk (toned) with equal water shake it for 5 minute till froth come put some mishri in it and drink, this is home remedy( 70 ml milk +70 ml water)
1.Take Guduchiadi kashayam 20ml after meal twice a day.
2.Patoladi kashayam 20ml thrice a day after meal.
3.Avipatikar churan 2gm with milk thrice a day before meal.
4.shootshekar rasa 2 tab with water thrice aday before meal
Hyperacidity could be related to the digestive system or sometimes even stress related. Need to identify the cause before suggesting any remedies.But in general avoid spicy food,fast food,have your meals on time and sleep early.
Hello Ma'am don't worry, your problem is due to analgesic medication,It increases acidity, Take Mulethi ( Glycyrrhiza glabera) 2 tsf placed in 1 cup of water filter after 8 hours then filter and drink twice a day, Isabgol 2 tsf bid with normal water or milk,U can take also SAUNF Ajwayan boiled and cooled water twice a day
