Sputum/Congestion
My throat is full of sputum so I sometimes have trouble breathing. Lately when I was suffering from the same Chyawanprash gave me good results after a week or so. Recently I stopped consuming Chyawanprash for a month and am suffering again. Also the increase in sputum count is when I consume Ghee or suffer from cold. Am worried about the congestion. Am concerned about continuing Chyawanprash as it contains preservatives. Is there any ayurvedic medicine which can treat me? Note: I don't smoke or drink

You need to get evaluated to see why the sputum is more,if it is due to infection or allergic and accordingly you can be adviced medicine Why do you worry about preservatives in chyavanprash when almost all the ready made foods available come with preservatives. If chyavanprash is giving you good results, may be you can reduce your preservatives intake by avoiding other readymade foods you may be eating. You can also find local ayurvedic doctor who makes chyavanprash on his own and does not use preservatives.
