That bump will be red,swollen and burning sensation. Condition is gout vaatarakta. Utake amrutaadi guggulu two tab twice a day after food.for fifteendays.and observe. Amrita satva 1/4 tsf twice a day in empty stomach with water. Avoid spicy masala,oily foods,vegetables like tomato .,bakeryfoods,fast foods  also .
