I have acne scars and my skin is getting tanned as well. I started using nalpamaradhi oil in the morning and kumkumadi oil at night. There is no good result after using this. Is eladi oil good? Can I mix Eladi and nalpamaradhi oil for better results? Or which oil will help me get rid of tan and improve my skin?

What are the medicines which can be taken in high cholesterol and early stage of fatty liver please suggest apart from the lifestyle changes I want to get rid of this problem

Hi, I need the best treatment for anxiety and panic attacks. I only trust in ayurveda. There are some unexpected incidents that have happened in my life. My close people blaming a few bad things on me Reality is different and because of that I lost my social connectivity so loneliness and overthinking made me more and more anxious. I have a panic attack, my body shakes when I get nervous. Due to panic attacks I am unable to leave my house. Also breathlessness and muscle tension is there. Hi, Does ayurveda treat anxiety. I have fear of going out, when outside i get vey very nervous, light headed, and run back home. I also have acidity.
