Bartholins cyst can be very effectively managed with Ayurveda. First thing u can do is a sitz bath in luke warm water.
Internally also some medicines needs to be taken. Is it recurring for you or is it the first time u are getting it? Surgery is not a good solution as it will cause loss of lubrication during intercourse.
