Hello Dr., I want to know is there any difference between sahcharadi oil and valiya sahcharadi oil, please explain? Can I use both for Matra basti? Thank you

I am having very irregular periods from 6 month's.. after consulting doctor, they had advised for a scan.. Scanning report says LEFT OVARIAN CYST.. 3.2 n 2.5. doctor gave medicine kanchanar guggulu ,shiva gutika,varadi.

Hi My BP remained slightly higher (150-85) so one Ayurvedic doctor asked to start Muktavati 1 tab per day. I have taken the same for around 30 days and now I checked my bp and the readings were as follows - Afternoon- 125/70 Morning - 115/61 and 101/56 Kindly suggest if I should reduce the dosage , stop the medicine , continue the same or how to proceed ?

In which order should we do the following rituals early morning- - rinse mouth - drink water - oil pulling Should we rinse mouth before drinking water and then do oil pulling? Or should we drink water without rinsing mouth followed by oil pulling and then rinse mouth and brush teeth? ! Confusing!
