I have been taking Fluoxetine-20 to 60 per day over the course of 7 years along with Betacap TR 20 mg, as I was diagnosed with OCD in 2015. I intend to give Ayurvedic treatment a try along with breathing exercises. Is there any treatment available for OCD in Ayurveda? If yes, should I gradually reduce the dose of my medication and then be off from them, to be completely commited to Ayurvedic treatment prescribed by an Ayurvedic Doctor? Honest and genuine answers would be very appreciated,since I really need to know if there is a successful Alternative to my ailment. It's been 7 years and I just want be normal again (without any side effects of my psychiatric medication). Thank you.

Offlate i have been suffering from gas and stomach bloating. Pls note i take cholestrol medicine and cystone along with zincovit and vit c. My dad suggested to take quarter teaspoon of ashta chooranam with ghee and cooked rice in a form of food and eat first before eating any other food. Is this fine? Any other natural non medicinal supplement that i can do to reduce gas and get flat stomach?

After doing Khara sutra treatment, i got rectal bleeding once haemorrhoids has fallen. Its been 20 days I am having this 2 drops painless bleeding during bowel movement. Now itching and swolleness is gone but still bleeding during bowel movement. In between it got stopped for 3 days but again it started. I am having Triphala guggul from past 1 day. Please suggest.

Can ayurveda cure umbilical hernia? my dad aged 72 has been diagnosed with it. Have tried homoeopathy for 1 year, but it didn't worked in this case. My dad doesn't want to go through any surgery, currently he is not facing any issues but the hernia is growing in size .

I suffer from ibs diarrhea from more than 8 years and 2 months back had got stomach infection which caused me severe diarrhea for a week. I started taking ayurvedic medicine kutajghan vati, kamdudha ras, pitta shamak and gastro g tablets from a month from life aveda ayur. From yesterday after travelling again stomach pain nausea and loss of appetite from night. Had maida paratta yesterday and some chocolates and this started again. Too much of phlegm is there in chest. Anxiety, stress and travel sickness etc and hungry but afraid to eat as nausea feeling. Headaches also started now. What to do to overcome and cure it.

From last one year I m getting lot of utriclaria on eating dry fruits n condensed milk.So I stopped eating it.But still I get slight utriclaria again n again, whitish skin, cracked dark skin, dry skin, small n medium boils, I have got one big dark boil on my stomach. I went to skin specialists and homeopathic doctors also but its not helping me out. So kindly suggest some ayurvedic medicines for that but with those ayurvedic medicine i should not get cold because I have history of asthma and should not get loose motion also because I some days back I was getting loose motions.
