Hello doc, Am using vetiver root for reducing body heat. I got vetiver root and washed properly, dried and made powder at home. Can I boil this powder and drink ?? In such root powder contain any heavy metals??? Will it harm if we taken in powder form with boiling water ??? Please help...

My mother is diagnosed with rheumatoid a few months ago. She couldn't walk properly due to stiffness and had major swelling in ankles and knees.  She was under the ayurvedic treatment for sometime and now she is able to walk and swellings has reduced quite a bit. We understand it's not curable. Does she need to be on medications throughout? Is there a way we can control the disease by some means without medications? Will exercises help ? Doctor, please help us understand on how to deal with RA..

4 years back I have 2-5mm  4stones in left kidney and 2-3mm  3 stones in right kidney. 4mm&5mm both stones stuck in a ureter of  left kidney .it  becomes hydroneprosis.after using uretrocope removed it.i take homeopathy medicine 1 year and ayurveda medicine for 6 months so I have no pain.now I have pain in left kidney side so I scan abdomen  report is 2.9 mm stone lower calyx  block left kidney mild pcs dilation and 2.6mm stone in middle calyx of right kidney.my ureter is width is small only below 4mm when I go to uretroscope doctor put stend to enlarge ureter after 20 days he removed stones i suffered lot of health issue  so I dont want to under go above process please suggest any treatment in ayurveda to remove stuck stone in left kidney. 4 years back I consult ayurveda doctor but doctor told u go to surgery we cant help it.now again this problem arises please suggest.reports attached.
