Hi, I have an excessive thought running in my mind even over the night. Canot stop permanently. Doctor said I have OCD. Is it just a psychological or any physical problem in my brain? I am suffering since when I was 15 years. In last five years intensity is very high and I lost 10 kilo Wight as it disturbing my sleep. Any ayurvedic treatment available? Thanks

Hello, My splenic vein has multiple aneurysm. Currently I am asymptomatic and it was diagnosed by chance when I went for my annual health checkup which showed enlarged spleen. Then I did cect scan which said that my portal vien has blood clot and splenic vein has aneurysm. Hepatologist said the portal vein has taken care of itself but it is the splenic vein which needs monitoring. Can this be treated by Ayurveda? Thanks in advance .
