Constipation
I am unable to clear stool in one shot for the last three years.Everyday I need to go toilet twice to clear stool in the morning. I am not taking any medication.Please advise.

Secondly, You will need to make a little dietary modification and have a high fibre diet mostly green leafy vegetables.. milk products like cowmilk,ghee,curd, buttermilk in your diet, .have tablet triphala guggul 2-0-2 Abhyarishta 5ml thrice a day And also you can opt for matrabasti with jatyadi taila for 10 days and see the result. Luke warm water sitzbath with mgso4 and turmeric has good results

:- do not eat non veg :- do not drink alcohol. Take protine rich diet like ,paneer ,sprouts,milk Drink warm milk in night :- drink atleast 2 ltr boiled water in a day :- take one tablet albendazole once in a month Eat healthy and stay healthy. Take one plate of vegetable salad before one hr of your lunch.add boiled beatroot in your salad. Eat one plate of fruit salad before one hr of your dinner. All is well .Nothing to worry
