Excess urination could be due to multiple reasons. What was the reason for steriod use? Diabetes, urinary tract infections, loose pelvic floor muscles all may cause excess urination. U can do kegel exercise after making sure none of the above is causing the problem. Kalyanaka ghrita is one medicine which balances the HPO axis.
