Hi, my sister is really struggling with Brain shaking/ vibrating almost 24/7 going down from the back of head to the arms & legs. She also has Tremors, Muscle twitching, internal trembling, muscle pain & stiffness, weakness & myoclonic jerks. The neurologist have tried antidepressants, seizure medicines, benzos and beta blockers for her symptoms but nothing helps. Her Brain & spine MRI, EEG & blood reports are clear. Plz suggest really what can help with these symptoms especially the brain shakes / vibrations at the back of the head? Thanks
