Stop drinking buttermilk if you are having constipation
Takra (properties are grahi stambhaka )
It will cause more constipation
Take only one thing for 2 months
Gandharv hastadi tail-40 ml with 1/2 cup of hot milk 1 hr after you dinner twice in a week .
It will reduced your pitta as it will act as mrudu virechana and does breakdown of ama by srotos shodana
So your body heating complaints also will
Get reduced gradually
Without knowing anything about buttermilk don’t use it and the complication is informs of you as you are constipated
Just check it where buttermilk is indicated
