Hi Doctor , My mother was suffering from Shortness of Breathe while walking and Climbing stairs from last few months and also had dry cough sometime . Doctor suggested HRCT Thorax and Chest XRay PA view. In Chest Ray PA view everything was normal while the HRCT shows few Enlarged lymph node in Pretracheal region right one being 10.2mm in Right Tracheal region.Is it something i should worried about . Note:- She had taken Ice cream daily for last 2 months

Take Kanchanaar guggulu 4-0-4 after food bd
Vridhivadika vati 2-2-2 tid after food
For shortness of breath - rudravanti churan 5 grm bd with honey and adraka juice (20 drops) for 1 month
Kanakasav 20 ml-0-20ml bd/af
Next Steps
Ask her to do anulome vilom (if she is not a hypertensive pts )
Breath holding exercise , ballooning exercise and spirometer

First her BP :-
Second her weight?
Cough and cold kitne time se ha?
First give this proper history then we can give her medicine.
And if she have cough and cold then do not eat these things:-
:-Rice ,milk,curd,ice cream ,maize roti,lemon because it will increase her cough and cold.
:- if there is shortness of breathing while climbing and walking then please tell us what is the BP then we can diagnose properly what is the main reason.
She can eat:- simple dal roti without ghee,any vegetable and fruit, don't give her juice,and orange.
