Many peoples don’t know the difference btw churan and artist
Arista are make by fermentation process which make the action of Medicine faster as comparison to other vati/churan/Leha.it will directly absorbed through intestines and get in circulation like if we are drinking alcohol it will show it result within 20-30 min but
If we are taking vati churan or some other formulation except arista they will melt in stomach breakdown than metabolised in liver through portal vein and metabolism it will circulate through out the body and this process take at least 3 hrs
So I do prefer ashwaghanda arista is better option as ashwaghanda churan is not a bad option
Next Steps
Ashwaghanda arista 40ml with 1 glass of water twice a day after food
Health Tips
If you are having stress related issues u can add bhrami vati or saraswatharist instead of ashwaghanda arista
