Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have used Colgate total toothpaste + alum ( phitkiri ) , while brushing and this chemical mixture has receeeded my complete gum line on right hand side , suggest a treatment asap.

I have surgery of a impacted teeth on palate 7 months ago of upper it went well wound is healing properly but it covered with some type of tissue ,doc say it scar tissue ,doc say it will reduce slowly slowly

I had taken aldigesic sp for tooth pain and after taking that medicine i consumed alcohal after 22 hours , will it be a problem for me ?

I wish u give me a proper suggestions and a proper way to keep my teeth whitening and strong and remove my sentivity problem

My upper central incisors were fractured in an accident. After that I got root canal on them. Lateral on I got braces for about 2 years. I am going to get crowns on them. But, the upper central incisors have about 3mm of tooth structure above gum line because of which my dentist is recommending getting 4 unit crowns and use lateral upper incisors to provide some support to the upper central incisor crowns? Should I go for post and core? Also what could be its expected life?
