Tooth and Mouth Problems

I took a opg xray, and my two lower wisdom teeth are horizontal in the flesh, would require to remove them, also the one on top left is in flesh, should I get all three out or lower two, does anyone provide piezosurgery in dentistry in pune, I heard lot about it, as my tooth are in horizontal position and maybe in the bones too Thank you

Around a month back I had undergone surgical removal of tooth(down side). Even after a month's time the swelling has not gone and there is also a pain in the swelling area i e. Jawline and near ear. Also I am not able to open my mouth fully. A week back doctor had prescribed an antibiotic. But stopping of antibiotics the pain resumed again. Please advise.

My treatment for tmj disorder has started many days ago (almost 2yr ago). Now 1)my lower row of teeth is moving back 2)my bite is more stable than before 3)my facial shape is being normal 4)less neck and back discomfort etc.... But I have not come back all normal things that were changed due to tmj disorder. Am I being treated properly and will I be totally normal? Please say something about my fear, anxiety, depression, stress about my tmj problem. Please help.

My son is 2.5 years old and his front 4 teeth are getting decay very badly. I have my first sitting of RCT and was very much in pain after the sitting, in second sitting when doctor removed the dressing , she said there is pus which is now cleaned , that is why your were experiencing pain, now in second sitting, she has filled the canal with medicine to subsidise any infection, but again it is paining and even the adjacent teeths have started paining which were not paining before ( that is after first sitting) Doctor prescribed me combiflame, but it is doing no good to my pain. I want to ask is it normal to have this much pain? Just to mention pain is so severe it almost bring me in tears , today is 3rd day after the filling of medicine in root canal and pain is getting no less ,my doctor says let's wait and watch, but how long should I wait and watch with this severe pain? Please suggest
