Small pimple like lesions on tongue.
4 days back i ate very spicy Chinese food, and the next day i saw small pimple like lesions on my tongue. They pain while eating or drinking water. Its in very back side of the tongue so i cannot click any image. Pls guide me.

These might be the ulcers duets hot and spicy food . Apply kenokort ointment over there . Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Donot panic.
If you can manage with Luke warm salt water gaurgle 3-5 times a day.... It shall help.
Avoid medications... If it's too painful you can apply mucogel on that area.
Avoid hot and spicy food.
It should be fine shortly.
