Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have tmj...only left side...ear back pain sometime,jaw stiffness,shoulder pain...hear a poop sound when open my mouth..and pain in one tooth (upper left)...which was root canaled 3 years ago..(no crown).…...is it something very serious? should I need tmj surgery?is surgery is the only solution of tmj ?please help I am very scary...

I have misalignment teeth. I have 2 big front teeth bended forward. I guess this causing me i do look like sad. My mouth is always down turned. How to fix this.

I intent to go for ceramic braces which requires extraction of premolars. Does the extraction or the process has to do something with brain in anyway?

My ortho dentist told me that I have protrusion type misaligned teeth. Now my treatment for tmj is going on with splint therapy and orthodontic. Is splint helpful for my protruding type misaligned teeth? If yes then  why do always I feel awkward for my bite and splint? Can wearing splint for long time damage or do more harm of my tmj problem? Please give all the answers of my questions...please help.

Is orthodontic elastic works on adult ?? I wear braces at age of 15 after 2 years I haven't gone to dentist for 2 years due to my head injury but I wore same brace my teeth is still crooked
