My rt third molar is fully erupted. Nothing left under the gum. . But has black and yellow dots covering over it. Some times having a pain behind jaw and ear as well. What can be done. Is the pain because of the teeth. It also has a moveble gum flap over it.

Should I made long breedge or go for 3 or 4 bridge...pls guide me carefully... I have upper 6 front teeth to replace too with zirconia crown..

Before a week I got rct of my lower third molar. Before 2 days a notice there is swelling below my lower lip...What should I do ? Is rct will affect the health and immune system in the long run?
