Tooth and Mouth Problems

If there is any serious problem in my Tm joint then what type of symptoms I will observe or experience? How tight masseter muscle can change my jaw position? What are the signs of improving my tmj problem as a result of treatment for tmj? Please help.

I had a white ulcer on left cheek near the bottom last teeth around 2 days back. There was no pain. I applied dologel ct yesterday night and today in the morning I can see a small black or red spot on the cheek near the ulcer. There is no pain in the cheek but have pain in the side bottom teeths in the left side. The last teeth on the bottom is also having some caries. Is this something to worry about. I am also having Geographic tongue for the past 11 months.

My brother has gone through tonsil removal three days back n now he has got mouth ulcer since 2 days which has increased hes not able to talk n eat n drink ...its very very painful...tears comes from his eyes when in pain...hes taking few antibiotics n rinifol as prescribed by doctor .. can we apply any mouth ulcer gel...plz help hes in damn pain...

My sister had a jam fracture 4 months back. She also had surgery for that. Now she wants to do teath implant for missing tooth at that place. After doing x-ray, the fracture is clearly visible. But the doctors are saying it is still possible to do implant at that place. Is it safe to do a dental implant at a place which is still showing crack? After how many days the crack present would vanish? Doctors are saying the crack would go gradually by the calcium in body. Can we wait for transplant to happen after the crack vanishes completely? Upto how many days can someone wait for doing an implant? I have read an article which says people shouldn't keep a place in jaw toothless as that place would shrink causing problems to adjacent teeth? The x-ray photos are attached. Looking for suggestions. Last year i did rct in my lower molar tooth but unfortunately i didn't get proper treatment. Now when i visit again the doctor told me fro extraction. The doctor provides me X ray. Now can you help me can i go for extraction or not?

After nearly 2 years of my treatment for tmj disorder My orthodontist has noticed that my upper and lower molar teeth are going to touch with each other. Also now I am becoming able to chew food with more better way. Are these the signs of improvement from tmj disorder? If the treatment of tmj disorder via splint and braces do not work for me or make my condition worse then what symptoms I will experience? Please help...
