I have added the x-ray of teeth taken for wisdom tooth extraction, needed opinion on extraction on a tooth above wisdom tooth (Upper tooth on extreme left) should that also be removed along with wisdom tooth on lower jaw. Kindly suggest.

Better to go for the removal of the lower tooth first as it causes damage to the next tooth .
Ask the oral surgeon whether upper wisdom tooth can be removed that time only .

Lower tooth should be removed due to its unorthodox position. Upper tooth should also be removed because its pinching ur cheek n u must be having cheek bite as i guess.

yes you can go for upper tooth extraction also along with lower one...as both are in same side doesnt let you go in trouble.
