You can use paracetamol or other over the counter medication for immediate relief.But it won't be able to treat the cause . So don't delay further and visit a nearby dentist and get the tooth treated. Best regards

It's better you visit nearby dentist asap. Only he/she can examine you and advice right treatment and medicine if required. Without knowing cause behind pain and without check up it's really not possible to advice medicine. Medicine can give you only temporary relief. Need to find out cause behind pain and need to do treatment for permanent relief.
