Crown pain
I have a pain after the placement of crown after the root canal, i did check for high points and they were resolved but still there is pain. The root canal was treated properly because I didn't had any pain after that. What must be the pain about!

Pain usually occurs after crown placement due to high points. If that has been relieved then it could be due to flare-up or due to fracture of root.so visit your dentist for follow up and further management. Regards

need to check post root canal x ray. pain gone, doesnt mean root canal is proper. second possibility is: hairline crack or fracture of root.
