Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi. How to brush and wash my baby's mouth if he doesn't know to spit the water. Which toothpaste is advisable. Is there any problem if he swallow tooth paste

Since i had my dental filling(whitish colour), my cheeks first turned brownish, then after using kenacort for 2-3 weeks the pigmentation reduced a lot, after that i see redness is forming most of the time, i have marked the redness in adjacent to where the filling has been done. As per my knowledge, only amalgam fillings can cause that.. I am not sure what material was used for my filling but it's whitish material (like plaste of paris), its over a month and this is not reducing now redness is increasing... I had dental checkups they said hyperpigmentation, nothing to worry. But i want a cause for this, is it because of fillings?

My son is teething his molar teeth. He is suffering from fever and pain. His upper tooth has come a little.but lower gum is swollen.he is not eating or drinking anything.he is not sleeping also.
