Blood coming from gums when I applied toothbrush in morning some time feeling pain in gums please suggest me what I do

I had root canal treatment before 1 month,I did it because I had head pain..due to pre molar upper left tooth,doctor did root canal treatment,from that day till 3 days I had no pain..but later pain started again .and it's becoming more now..If I shake tooth's cap it's lightly shaking..that cap I had attached for 5000rs...now can I go to him and ask to do root canal treatment once again??..can it be done again?? because I feel that treatment is not done well
