Root canal treated teeth sometime take time to heal. There are many reasons for that. However if pain persists even after 3 weeks of filling you should consult your dentist.
In the meantime please follow the below tips to help ease the pain.
- Do not chew on that side.
- Lukewarm salt water rinse thrice daily.
- If the tooth feels odd ( higher than other teeth) please visit your dentist for adjustment
