Earlier my teeth looked white like normal teeth but few weeks ago they started turning yellow. Now my teeth shade is becoming even more yellow in colour. Please, let me know what am I supposed to do.

Pain below the ear joint
Whenever I open my mouth, the left side of the face below the ear gives a clicking sound and hurts. Also, if I eat something hard that is apple it hurts and it pains when I try to open my mouth too wide.

Blood in gums
Post COVID I have a blood in gums. They have become so sensitive that if I press something against my closed mouth as well, they bleed.
When I brush there is blood as well.
Along with foul smell from mouth.

Tooth ache, along with swelling in neck,
Severe tooth ache caused by wisdom teeth, but right tonsil is swelled, can not chew food, difficulty /pain during swallowing . Pain from 2days back. Gum is swelled. There is a pulsating sensation in the teeth with severe pain. I don't want extraction of the tooth.
