When it comes to your mouth’s health, You can’t forget about your gums! Since gum diseases are usually painless, most people have no idea that anything is wrong with their gums. Gum disease starts when plaque builds up under and along the gum line. Plaque can cause infections that hurt the gum and bone, leading to gum disease and tooth decay. Please undergo Scaling and Polishing. Scaling is advised every 6 months depending on the case. It helps keeps the gums strong and firm. Visit a periodontist at the earliest. Also Brush teeth twice daily. Use floss. Along with that- the gap of the anterior teeth also needs to be treated.

Greetings, I understand your concern. You need a professional dental cleaning to remove the deposits. After that you can follow regular oral hygiene routine. Brush twice daily Floss twice a week If you are unable to remove food particles with regular brush from the gap then you can add interdental brushes for that particular area. Most importantly, get a check up done after every 6 months. Some people experience more plaque deposition than others. If you need any dental advice or something is bothering you then you can consult me on practo. All your queries will be solved. Regards: Dr Akash Bhagat The Dentist's Office
