Toothpaste
On what basis should you choose a good toothpaste? Is Colgate total a good toothpaste or just hyped one.

Any Fluoridated toothpaste is good enough. It is more important to focus on the correct brushing technique. Brushing must be done for 2-3mins and not longer. Use a soft bristle toothbrush for brushing. Avoid hard brushing as it may cause injury to your gums. Brush your teeth twice daily. Use a floss. Gargle adequately and Maintain proper tongue hygiene.
