Tooth and Mouth Problems

My son is 4y8m old. He is having cavity problem. Recently we are observing that he is having red spot in inner lining of mouth. Photo enclosed. We are applying dologel. That area is getting healed after few days but that type of red ulcer like area appears in another area. In two area, already healed and it is now appeared in third area. Query is 1) whether it is ulcer or cheek bite? Can he bite cheek due to sensation of cavity teeth 2) if ulcer, what may be the reason for frequnt occuring of same 3) what may be medicine to be given for cure 4) can this ulcer be due to any deficiency. He brushes twice a day.

I have a swelled nerve starting from lips all the way down to lower mandible body, i am sure its not a mass as its pulsates(nerve/vein/artery m not sure). Problem is its only there in right side lower part, and also where the nerve has went, theres roughness and pinkish patches(see in the picture). Its there since a month. I have a upper wisdom tooth erupting on that side but isn't the wisdom tooth too far from this to cause it here? This is more near lips than the wisdom tooth itself or still the wisdom tooth can cause that? I am currently on rebagen, lycostar and kenacort treatment but I don't think it's reducing. Please help me.

I see there is brownish thing beside my lips and it is having dotted pattern and when i lick it it feels rough, no pain or anything whatsoever.. What is this and how to get rid of that?

I have been observing this dark spot in my buccal mucosa since 4-5 weeks, its not healing. I have my wisdom tooth extraction on friday. Leaving this apart i have another condition that the dentist is avoiding, swelling of artery in right buccal mucosa, in lower lips a thin line swelling is there, beside lips as well as to the lower mandible, its swelled but not visible, its like when you touch and palpate then you know, is it any fungal infection? Today my lower lips was painful for a while when i licked it a very thin thread like feeing is there and its pulsating. I believe its Inferior labial a, please correct me if wrong.. I am on rebagen, montek lc and lycostar course by an ent.. Is it happening cause of any infection or wisdom tooth? But wisdom tooth is far away. Please help me, m really worried as this didn't get addressed by my dentist.. The white lines are there where i can feel the swelling and the white on teeth is actually below the teeth on the lower buccal mucosa..

Hi, I used a new bottle of mouth wash for the last 4 days. Have used the same brand before. But this is. a new bottle i bought online. I noticed  redness and mild swelling under the tongue. It's very sore and feels like itchy. Very sore pain constantly. I had ibuprofen. Will this go away on its own?

I was diagnosed with covid-19 on 28 April(35 days ago), recovered and home, not diabetic and didn't receive any steroids. However a couple of days ago my broken molar started paining and I developed a swelling on the right side of my face(same side of the tooth). The pain went away with paracetamol. But the swelling is still there. Attaching pictures of my facial swelling and broken molar. Currently taking Amoxycilin and paracetamol as advised by my dentist. Just wanted to confirm can this be black fungus? What should be my next line of treatment?

Dear doctor sir or mam I want to ask u a question plz guide me and tell me which toothpaste is good for maintaining a proper dental hygiene of cleaning a teeth every day im using ra thermoseal green mint toothpaste ..and also tell me which mouthwash is good for using a long term in using a alternate day i mostly brush 2 time in a day and in night I do gargel with adding a pinch of salt in a luke warm water.. Before sleeping i want to add some mouthwash which is best and use it for long term without any side effects and make my teeth gum healthy

My Root Canal was done 2 month before buts nows day I have pain in my teeth in which RTC was done by doctor Please suggest painkiller for my teeth pain.

My front three teeth in lower jaw painting badly. Suddenly it started.They are clean.I brush twice a day and etc..

A Tooth has filling with cap which under which pain is taking place. It has been occuring for two days.
