Molar theeth is decaying
Hello, Hope you are doing well! Second last molar teeth from right side is decaying. Bad smell is spreading while talking.There is small brown spot also visible on molar teeth.what I need to do for this?.No I am at my home village so can not visit to doctor. Could you please suggest me any tooth paste and medicines. Thank you for your valuable time.

Hello dear Please be advised See it could be due to caries.there are chances of spread of infection deeper which causes bad breath and for that you need restoration or IPC.medications only provide temporary relief.for further details you can consult me Thanks

Dear Patient Tooth paste and brushing helps prevent cavities and prevents new cavities. It can't treat cavities . Better visit a dentist iñ  your village. If none available keep brushing twice a day and floss once a day. Take warm salt water gargle
