First of all get proper full mouth scaling done immediately, 'n secondly yes Gerd can very harmful to your teeth as well so, do get proper treatment for Gerd too alongside...., dun neglect....
Dirt on teeth may be calculus or may be caries. Better to consult dentist. GERD can cause damage to enamel by acid . It can increase the chances of caries and decay of teeth.
