Apologies for not being clear iny last post, I assume I have a tooth decay on my right theeth as in picture.. how long can I wait to show it to a dentist for treatment and if there is any thing I can do to stop it from worsening

yes, you can show it to dentist whenever you have time but don't delay too much. maintain proper oral hygiene like tooth brushing twice a day and use mouth wash.

U are waiting for wat? It 'l not go by its own. U have to take treatment. Now it can get restored by Dental filling, otherwise it will go for rct if u wait.
