Hi, as the lesion is on buccal side( towards the cheek) the depth and extent cannot be visualised in the x ray due to overlapping , it looks like u have gingival calculus or it may have caused the decay already , it wil not resolve by brushing or itself or by any medication , u need to visit a dental office

See as per opg ,there is no caries or periodontal infections.so I think it a minor abfraction which needs symptomatic treatment.for further details you can consult me
