Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am very much prone to cavities .. I have a root canal down in the right upper last tooth. On which I didn't get the cap done.. all the filling have been out for a year now and it pains very bad some time. In the right side dow teeths I have all my teeths filling.. And on the left side .. down I am having black lines between the teeths I do brush 2 times in a day and use a antiseptic mouth wash. I don't do floss because I am scared that I may hurt my gums. I don't eat sugar much. I have stopped chewing from the righ side of my mouth as it hurts and the root canel tooth fills with food. I am not sure it i am right about not eating from right side, however I can't eat. So my question is can I do the oil pulling, will all these issues. ??

Is it safe to do salt water gargles (everyday). To solve issue of bad breath at back of mouth. Does salt water gargle everyday lead to more intake of salt in body ??

I have got a severe wisdom tooth ache.half tooth is visible outside the gum n half inside .its too much pain I can't open my mouth comfortably, swelling redness inside n cheek side . Any medicine to reduce the inflammation

My clear/plastic retainers smell everyday. I wear it 20 hours a day. Can I clean my retainer with white vinegar or baking soda once a week?

Hi I am 30 yrs old few days back I noticed my gums are receding and I have gaps between teeth I visited nearest dentist . They just said I need cleaning and cleaned my teeth and gave me stolin to apply for 2 min  and colgate plax  mouth wash to use after that. I am not satisfied with treatment since I read it need xray and also deep cleaning  and scaling when gums are receding . After cleaning my teeth I can see gaps in my lower teeth like black triangles  also in upper teeth I see gap also . I asked if we can fill it she refused saying it's not needed . I asked her about my yellow stains on teeth. She said it's because of fluroide water I must have consumed when I was kid. please help I am worried
