Red spots on the roof of my mouth
For last 2-3 days i have noticed some red spots on the roof of my mouth.its not causing anything not paining.plz suggest me something

Its bettr if u can visit a dentist or a video consultation .. post the oral pictures which will be helpful for diagnosis. I suggest u to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily..and gargling with salt water and avoid habits like smoking etc.
